My Wish

My Wish for you is to have a wonderful Memorial Day weekend! 

Please remember all of the brave men & women who have & are currently fighting for our freedom and protecting our nation!

 Memorial Day commemorates U.S. men & women who died while serving in the Military Service. Many people observe this holiday by placing flowers or flags on the graves of loved ones lost. Others observe the holiday with family BBQ's or camping trips.

 No matter how you celebrate this Memorial Day Holiday weekend, please remember all those in our Military Forces!

A Rose is a Rose

These are one of my most favorite types of roses. They are an Heirloom Roses. The petal are a soft ivory with a lovely vein like texture. The tips of each petal is tinted soft coral red. As the petals open they gently begin to curl, exposing it's many layers. They last a good long time in a vase of water. Once spent, they are a wonderful dried flower to use as an embellishment.

An Apple a Day

An Apple a Day makes me happy!! I can't tell you how much I am loving my new iPhone and my new iMac!! After years of fighting an old outdated PC, to finally have a computer that runs so smooth and fast is a dream!! I am so glad I finally made the switch!! iLife is sweet!!

Glimpses of Spring

Although we had a dusting of snow earlier this week and today is it pouring down rain, there are some glimpses of Spring staring to emerge!

I love these beautiful purple Hyacinth! Their fragrance is wonderful!! 

Daffodils in bloom are the perfect indication that Spring is on it's way!!

 ........and even the rain can be beautiful!
